“Empty-Handed” is out and running! That's the name of the new single of Honeybadger, the heavy/desert rock band from Athens, Greece. Honeybadger have a ten year run with significant milestones as a rock band and, shortly after "The Green", they come back with “Empty-Handed”, a song about the poetic despair of ending up with nothing, washed up from life. This will be a part of their upcoming LP, titled “Let There Be Light”.
"Empty Handed" fuses heavy desert grooves with haunting melodies, driven by thundering riffs and hypnotic rhythms. Lyrically, it's a bittersweet anthem for resilience in the face of disappointment.

“My luck could start to show, I need a heavy blow of sympathy from my gods.
Just when things start to turn, I get to crash and burn. I hide away and I wait.”
The band’s signature blend of fiery energy and reflective storytelling shines through, offering a track that's both powerful and painfully relatable.
Honeybadger continue to carve out their unique space in the rock landscape, drawing inspiration from the sun-scorched desert sounds and blending it with the restless night spirit of their hometown, Athens, Greece. "Empty Handed" stands as a testament to their evolving artistry and their ability to hit hard — emotionally and sonically.
“Empty-Handed” is available now on all streaming platforms!
