Honeybadger is a Greek, Athens-based desert rock band that has been active in the rock scene since 2015. Drawing influences not only from stoner rock and heavy metal, but also from indie/alternative and grunge, they have developed a distinctive sound. Their discography includes The Rain EP (2017), their debut full-length album Pleasure Delayer (2020), the single Diamonds (2023) and their most recent single called The Green (2025). Recognition from both the Greek and international scenes came relatively quickly, alongside their constant efforts to evolve their musical style.
Honeybadger has performed numerous live shows, sharing stages with major local bands and playing at select festivals across Greece. Their most recent significant performance was in Athens, at ACHERON MUSIC SESSIONS 2 at Arch Club in February 2024, followed by several smaller gigs.
After some key lineup changes, the band, which had been a power trio for the last two years, has now returned to a quartet, bringing back a fuller guitar-driven sound with rich melodies. They are set to continue forward with the release of their sophomore album, Let There Be Light, which is expected to drop both digitally and live in 2025.
